Cancellation Policy
Attendee Registration
All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the appropriate dates. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Letters or email requests must be received by the following dates:
By September 1, 2008 Full refund minus a $25 processing fee October 15, 2008 50% refund plus a $25 processing fee After October 31, 2008 No refunds will be provided Refund requests received by October 31st will be processed and issued within four to six week AFTER the conference.

There are No Refunds on payments made for sponsorship items which include the following:
